Policy reminders
These keep things fair for every client and keep my schedule on time.
01Waiver
A waiver is required for every new client. Sign it here. You only do it once.
02Deposit
A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward your total, and the remaining balance is cash only.
03Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. Things come up, so just communicate with me. After 10 minutes there's a $10 fee, and after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled.
04Cancellations & no-shows
If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours or on the day of your appointment, there's a $50 cancellation fee to rebook.
05Fills
Fills are every 2–3 weeks. If you can count the lashes you have left, it's booked as a full set.
06Come prepared
Arrive with no mascara, oils or contacts. If you arrive with mascara or lash glue, there's a $5 fee.
07Timing
Sets take 1½ to 2½ hours, so plan your day around that.
